Prenatal Visits
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Prenatal Visits service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
Postpartum Support
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Postpartum Support, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Antepartum Support
Pregnancy can be tiring and difficult to manage daily activities. If you are struggling and need an extra hand feel free to reach out.
Reiki Session
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that can help unblock your energy centers (chakras) so that your energy can flow easily and your body can heal itself. It is done fully clothed on or above the body. It is relaxing and typically can feel warm, tingly, cool, or like a buzzing sensation throughout your body.
Doula Consultation
Get to know your doula and ask any questions you have. Let your doula get to know you and your needs.
Lactation Consultation
Assistance & support with breastfeeding and troubleshooting any concerns or problems. (Non-IBCLC)

Pump and/or bottle feeding prep & cleaning

Non-medical assessment of postpartum emotional status
Assistance with sibling care & adjustment
Caring for newborn while you sleep or take a break
Light housekeeping
Light cooking or meal prep
Grocery shopping/running errands
Assistance with medical appointments
Assistance with pet care (feed/water)

Pricing
Free phone consultation.
$30 Home visit.
$30/hourly rate for antepartum,postpartum, and newborn care.
• Postpartum shifts are a minimum of 4 hours but more hours can be scheduled.
• At this time all packages are custom to fit your needs.
Care is available up to 3 months postpartum possibly longer.
Payment is through Square invoice, PayPal, or cash.
* Doula is fully vaccinated (Covid-19 included). Precautions are still taken to protect you & your family.
